Research Paper

Revisions

Everyone has the opportunity to revise their research papers. The revision is due on or before the end of class on Wednesday, April 1. You are required to turn in a printed, revised paper AND the marked up version of your first submitted hard copy. You are also required to upload a copy of the paper to the dropbox on D2L. You should upload your revised paper to the same dropbox used for the first draft. General comments on paper revisions are provided in the document below. Specific comments on your paper are posted in the comment box of the D2L dropbox and handwritten on your hard copies.

Revising Your Term Paper
Revised, printed paper and marked up first copy due in class on or before April 1, 2015.
Electronic copy of revised paper must also be uploaded to the same research paper dropbox on D2L that was used for the first draft. This is also due on or before April 1, 2015.

Instructions

I suggest that you carefully read over the instructions provided below before beginning your paper. We will go over the instructions in class during the second week of class. However, we will not cover the topic of carbon dioxide increases and the potential climate changes that may occur until after the paper is due. The research paper should be based on your research. The first thing you should all do is some background reading on carbon cap and trade. Please let me know if you have any questions or comments.

Instructions for Research Paper
Printed Paper due in class on or before Friday, February 20, 2015
Electronic copy of same paper must be submitted (uploaded) to the dropbox on D2L. This is required and you will not get a grade for your paper until this is done. The reason for submitting to D2L is so that your paper can be checked by turnitin.com.
The due date for revisions will be posted here and in the class calendar.
