You must type your answers into the fillable pdf form and upload the finished product to D2L. The primary reasons are that your answer is restricted to 600 characters and the font type and size is hardwired to ensure a 600-character response stays within the fillable box.

If you follow the procedure that I outlined in the video, the creation of a static pdf that includes your answers is failsafe. There are many other ways to create a static pdf that preserves your answers too.
