This assignment can be used to replace your second lowest quiz score. It contains two parts. The first part is a "take home" assignment that involves looking at some information on the Web and answering a few questions given below. The second part will involve an "in-class" assignment or a short quiz on Wednesday, May 3, which will cover things commonly shown talked about on "The Weather Channel" (i.e., cold fronts, warm fronts, middle-latitude cyclones and the jet stream). The material for the "in-class" assignment will be covered in lecture on Monday.
